The Role:

From developing creatives to conceptualizing and strategizing campaigns, we are looking for a forward-thinker who will be a part of every aspect in elevating a brand.

Key responsibilities:

• A reliable creative lead reporting into the Creative Director.

• Being able to push the boundaries of creative thinking. Someone who can understand acommunications challenge and develop strong, engaging, and innovative ideas to solve that challenge

• Working with the copywriter to develop strategies and concepts that are insight-drivenand come in the form of inspired solutions to creative briefs

• Managing a creative initiative from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative teamin the conception, design, and execution of a brief. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCandidates will have/be:

• A proven track record of inspired creative campaigns that demonstrates insight, passionand innovation

• A team player and leader. Ability to listen, inspire, influence and guide others.

• A pulse on what is relevant in culture, communication and technology and can pushfor and help set trends.

• Motivation and perseverance with a strong belief in their ideas, plus the skills andconfidence to express and articulate them.

• The consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts

• Time-management skills. Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects whilemeeting key deadlines is critical
