Senior Manager, Media Strategy and Planning – Riyadh, KSA
Our client is an international digital, media and communications business with four offices and a team of over 150 members.
Their Riyadh office is growing very quickly and they are now looking for a senior manager, media strategy and planning to work and operate across leading accounts and a very large client in KSA.
Ideally, this person will be available in four weeks time. Up to two months notice period is acceptable.

Responsibilities
· Lead client’s media strategy and execution by determining the right partnership frameworks and ensure delivery of best-in-class go-to-market media plans and executions
· Deliver strategy, investment recommendation and measurement construct to enable the business to accelerate awareness and engagement
· Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies, including Search, Display, Social, Video, and Mobile
· Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
· Develop framework and own execution of test & learn strategies to determine effectiveness of channels, creative and audiences across media plans, and report out on findings
· Analyse campaign results and work closely with paid media traders to optimize performance
· Identify key trends and insights to optimize media spend and performance and develop conversion points
· Work to resolve day to day media issues, interfacing with vendors, and internal stakeholders
· Advising on tactical recommendations, best practices, and “next best” step for scaling profitable investments
· Proactively monitor campaign performance to identify optimizations and direct continuous improvement of daily and weekly optimizations that can be applied to generate YoY ROI/ROAS growth from digital media investment
Requirements
· 5 years of media strategy and planning experience, in-house or agency side
· Advanced understanding of and passion for integrated marketing
· Positive attitude, self-starter, creative, organized, and tech-savvy
· Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
· Deep understanding of the digital media landscape (Video, Social, Search, Programmatic and Acquisition/Retention) and up to date with the industry best practices and trends
· Experience in working with 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data for audience segmentation
· Understanding of ROAS on digital media
· Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
